A device for arranging the conductive ball is provided to lift the ball cup and vibrates at the same time, so that the ball is not attached to the inner wall surface of the ball cup. The arrangement jig is formed into the predetermined arrangement pattern. The ball cup has an opening and accommodates a plurality of conductive balls in an interval with the arrangement jig. The mobile tool moves the ball cup along the upper side of the arrangement jig. The flotation unit moves up the ball cup from the arrangement jig. The vibrating unit applies the vibration to the ball cup. The arrangement jig of conductive ball arranges the conductive ball by dropping the conductive ball to the insertion part of the arrangement jig. |
