FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for molding of products from plastic and loose materials contains frame, hopper installed in frame, pressing element fixed in the beam that is hingedly fixed to the frame by means of traction rods, matrix with drive installed in the frame, at that drive provides for matrix displacement in relation to pressing element, crank mechanism with drive. At that force from crank mechanism is transferred to one of traction rods with the help of gear drive in the form of sector wheels, where driving wheel is installed in the frame with the possibility of turn and is hingedly joined to crank mechanism. Driven wheel is rigidly connected to one of traction rods, and axis of its rotation coincides with axis of its traction rod rotation. ^ EFFECT: increase of sealing efficiency due to provision of pressure stability. ^ 1 dwg |
