摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an optical recording medium realizing large capacity and high density and adaptive to various uses. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection film having &ge;10% reflectance of light having 400 to 450 nm wavelength is film-deposited on a surface on which a rugged pattern is formed to form a first disk substrate 1, a second substrate 5 having a rugged pattern formed on one surface thereof is injection molded, a reflection film is film-deposited on the surface of the second substrate on which the rugged pattern is formed, a reflection film is film-deposited on the surface of a third substrate 6 on which a rugged pattern is formed and a protective film is formed on the surface of the third disk substrate on which the reflection film is formed. The surface of the second disk substrate on which the rugged pattern is formed as a superposition surface is superposed on and joined to the surface opposite from the surface of the third substrate on which the rugged pattern is formed and the surface of the third disk substrate on which the rugged pattern is formed as a superposition surface is superposed on and joined to the surface opposite from the surface of the second disk substrate on which the rugged pattern is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
