HIGH EFFICIENCY SOLAR CELL

摘要

A manufacturing method of the solar battery is provided to decrease the manufacturing cost by simplifying the manufacturing process and increase the quantum efficiency. The solar battery comprises the substrate(200), the top solar cell(205), the bonding layer(201), and the lower part solar cell(202). The top solar cell has the transparent electrode layer(2041) on the top bottom side. The top solar cell is made of the amorphous silicon. The lower part solar cell is made of the crystalline silicon. The bonding layer is positioned between the top solar cell and lower part solar cell. The top solar cell includes the plurality of solar unit cells which are electrically and serially connected by the upper transparent electrode and the lower transparent electrode.
