A plasma sterilizing filter is provided to sterilize water ejected in a sediment filter by mixing the plasma produced by discharging air and water ejected in the sediment filter of water-cleaner and to reduce life usage water ejected by bubbles generated by the plasma. A plasma sterilizing filter is connected to a rear side of a sediment filter of a water-cleaner, sterilizes water ejected from the sediment filter and contains a mixing portion(110) storing temporarily the water ejected in the sediment filter and a plasma generation part(120) generating the plasma by discharging air and transmitting the generated plasma to the water stored to the mixing portion. In the mixing portion, water is mixed and sterilized with the plasma.
