A heap cleaner is made as round rods arranged with gaps as regards to each other and in the transversal plane is shaped as a triangle with the vertex, arranged on the frame movably in cylindrical hinge and is connected to a drive of transversal oscillatory movements and the base has the convexity directed inwards the cleaner in which an activator is placed on the outer side. The activator is made as an upper short driving shaft with elastic fingers fixed radially inside which a long driving shaft the end of which also has elastic fingers fixed radially is arranged coaxially. The shafts rotate in the opposite directions, elastic fingers of the both shafts are arranged in gaps between round rods of the cleaner and in the lower angles of the base of the cleaner the driving cylindrical brushes having reverse rotational direction are installed.
