The invention relates to orientation and angular stabilization systems of spaceship. The method of the vehicle rate damping consists in that for damping the components of angular spin rate around three axes a pause without control is provided, pitch-rate damping is provided, then the engines are switched on, which provide roll-rate damping, and at small initial pitch-rate they provide required pitch-rate. The invention provides required time of damping with minimum consumption of working medium.
