A seat assembly mechanism for a stroller has a seat frame and a main frame includes a positioning device 30 and a seat supporting member 20. The positioning device 30 is disposed, in use, on the seat frame and includes a positioning pin 35, 36 movable between a locking position and a releasing position. The seat supporting member 20 is disposed, in use, on the main frame, and includes a positioning-device recipient 22 corresponding to the positioning device 30 and a positioning groove 310 located at a side of the positioning-device recipient 22. The positioning device 30 is detachably assembled to the seat supporting member 20, and the positioning pin 35, 36 inserts into the positioning groove 310 when the positioning device 30 is disposed in the positioning-device recipient 22 of the seat supporting member 20 for assembling the seat frame to the main frame. |
