FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: implant consists of a cover filled with gel, and an element for creation of a submammary cord in the form of silicon plate of the sphenoidal form with a textured surface attached to the horizontal surface of an implant. The silicon plate is parted at thickness on two sheets with formation of an angle between them peer to 30-45 degrees. Sheets are bridged between themselves with one more plate executed punched and having width to 1-1.5 cm. ^ EFFECT: expansion of functionality by creation of well expressed submammary cord being an element of a natural physiological ptosis. ^ 2 dwg
