<p>A method and a system for capturing drug administration data in a medical environment. Patient and drug identifiers are inputted into a handheld device comprising a scanner, a processor and a data storage device. The patient identifiers and the drug identifiers are transmitted to a server. The patient and drug identifiers are correlated to show patient, doctor, hospital and geographic drug administration correlations.</p> |
