METHOD FOR CHECK OF MECHANICAL COUNTING MECHANISMS

摘要

Method for measurement of indications of mechanical counting mechanisms includes formation of inclined ray with narrow direction to scale of meter, reception of reflected from scale moduled ray that goes through rotary sprocket with its transformation to pulses that afterwards are re-calculated to volume of resource measured. Narrow-directed inclined radiation is changed to uniform lighting of scale and two-channel reception of reflected radiation normal to scale of counter that is total image of sprocket. At that formation of pulses from sprocket that rotates is provided by means of three photo-receivers.
