METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF PROGNOSTIC NORMAL INDIVIDUAL ULTRASONIC LINEAR SIZES OF KIDNEYS IN ADOLESCENCE

A method for determination of prognostic normal individual ultrasonic linear sizes of kidneys in adolescence at which this size is determined on the base of relative proportion of the body masses and the sum of three standard sizes of both kidneys for each concrete person by the formula:for girls in a norm (12-15 years):SI (mm) = m / (23.54 + 1.99*m) ± 5.0 %,for boys in a norm (13-16 years):SI (mm) = m / (30.72 + 1.89*m) ± 5,0 %where: m is a mass of body (in grammes);SI is a sum of linear sizes of kidneys in a norm (ultrasound) in millimetres;m/SI is a coefficient of body mass unit and the sum of three standard sizes of both kidneys.
