An installation method for a girder of a bridge for installing a girder to the upper part of a pier for forming a bridge is provided to apply to an assembling method by precast in case of a general road bridge. An installation method for a girder of a bridge comprises the steps of installing a temporary girder(200), installing a girder hoisting crane(300), manufacturing plural girders by precast, equipping a vehicle(400) for carrying a girder, carrying a first girder(100a) in a girder hoisting space of the girder hoisting crane, hoisting the first girder to the upper part, taking out the vehicle for carrying a girder backward from the girder hoisting space, moving a first temporary girder to a front piper table, and anchoring the first girder to the upper part of the piper table.
