Device comprises an optical system, consisting of an objective and a multi-area "", a powered scanning unit with an angle transmitter, the axis of rotation of which is perpendicular to the optical axis of the objective, and an electronic signal processing unit. The device also has a second optical system, consisting of an objective and a multi-area "" (with a different range from the first).
