FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to general machine building and can be used in developing fundamentally new methods of spring-loading assembly units and parts. The proposed method consists in that, first a compression spring is made, the extreme coils are ground off along the horizontal to ensure a contact along the closed loop. Then the holders are produced with a hollow channel arranged inside the upper wall shaped so as to match the end coil shape. The holders are fitted on the spring end coils and locked thereon in whatever known way. Now round washers with a symmetric cut at their centers are made, their width exceeding that of the stop, and are fitted on the said stops. Finally the parts to be spring-loaded are rigidly jointed or articulated to the thrust washers so that they transfer the load to the spring in opposite directions. ^ EFFECT: possibility for parts to be jointed of elastic oscillation in opposite directions. ^ 1 ex |
