FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: paste-like mass, in particular sausage stuffing, is introduced into filling nozzle and supplied into coextrusion head. Shape of the nozzle cross-section differs from the round one. Extrusion die is connected to the filling nozzle with an extrusion gap through which casing material is squeezed. The gap cross section corresponds to the nozzle cross section and differs from the round one. The said casing is hardened. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures manufacturing of a sausage product with outer profile of any geometrical shape with simplifying of manufacturing process. ^ 8 cl, 8 dwg
