A vertically aligned LCD using UV curable monomer is provided to implement a high speed driving by rearranging liquid crystal directors securely, thereby minimizing collision between the liquid crystal directors. A transparent electrode, and a vertical alignment layer are formed on a bottom substrate(200). A polymer wall(203) having the hole of the specific height is formed using photo-crosslinkable polymer resin(Photo resist) in which the consolation viscosity is high. Liquid crystal directors(300) are arranged with the hardened photo-crosslinkable monomer(302) to the particular direction. |
