An apparatus for constructing a supply pipe for the water supply to the dry region is provided to allow water to be supplied to the root part of trees and grass by extracting the deepened underground water. An apparatus for constructing a supply pipe for the water supply to the dry region comprises a discharge pipe(57) which comprises a penetration hole(53) formed at the end of the hollow part of the discharge pipe, and a metal thin plate(54) bonded to seal the penetration hole; and a supplied water discharge pipe which is made of a soft pipe having such a diameter capable of being inserted into the hollow part and whose both ends are formed into a branched pipe(21) having a plurality of discharge holes(22). |
