There are included an angular velocity determination signal amplifying circuit (30) that amplifies an angular velocity determination signal (Vo) from an angular velocity sensor (21); and an offset adjusting circuit (31) that adjusts the offset during an offset adjustment interval after activation such that the output voltage of the angular velocity determination signal amplifying circuit (30) is equal to a reference voltage (Vref) that is a voltage that should be outputted when the angular velocity is zero. There are also included an input switch circuit (SW1) that selects the reference voltage (Vref) during the offset adjustment interval; and a discharge switch circuit (SW2) that short-circuits a capacitor (C21) in a highpass filter (22). ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
