The radius and weight of the output rotation disk(23) of a second motor proportionally become big and heavy in order to be suitable for the input rotary motion induction disk and stationary magnet of the input terminal which become heavier and bigger. The number of cylinder(1) exercise magnets fixed and arranged with fixed interval(MS) in the circumference of the lengthened second output rotation disk increases as much as circumference is long. A flywheel(25) adhered to the output rotation shaft is enlarged and heavier.
