Fuel pulsation reduction device and the method using the piezoelectric element are provided to manage individually the amplitude or the various frequency of the pulsating coming in and to simplify the organization of space within the fuel delivery pipe. A fuel pulsation reduction device comprises a fuel delivery pipe(100) in which the fuel is flowed into one side, a first piezoelectric element part(110) generating the fine voltage, a second piezoelectric element(112) generating the offsetting pulsating offsetting the fuel pulsating according to the fine voltage generated in the first piezoelectric element part.
