A charge pump circuit and slice level control circuit is provided to reduce rise time of the output current in case that an input signal is high frequency. A charge pump circuit and slice level control circuit includes a first current source, a second current source, a first transistor, and a second transistor. Switching circuit(SWa, SWb) connect the first current source to the first transistor and output a charge current to a capacitor from the current mirror when an input signal is a first level, and connect the second current source to the first transistor and interrupt the output of the current mirror while controlling a capacitor to discharge by the first current source.
