Crash box integrated side member in the low speed collision of the hydroforming side member and repairing method thereof are provided to improve the low speed collision since the design change of the crash box is facilitated. A repairing method for crash box integrated side member(2) in the low speed collision of the hydroforming side member comprises as follows. The side member which integrated with a crash box(1) is molded with the hydroforming method. The transformed crash box is separated from the side member by the laser cutting or the mechanical cutting. The bolt and nut fastening hole is made in the plate(111) welded in the new crash box and the plate(112) welded in the separated side member in order that the new crash box(11) is connected to the side member. New crash box is connected to the side member as each welded plate is fastened with the bolt and nut combining structure.
