A mobile communication terminal and a control method thereof are provided to facilitate the search of a connected Web page through a limited screen of the mobile terminal when the terminal connects to the Web page. The control method of a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps of: entering a setup menu(S200); selecting a initial picture menu item in which a specific region of a Web page is set as the standard of a initial picture of the Web page(S205); and displaying the initial picture of the Web page centering on the specific region based on the selected initial picture menu item(S210).
