A multiple emulsion vesicle, a method for preparing the multiple emulsion vesicle, and a composition containing the vehicle are provided to remove the toxicity to the skin and the side effect of the skin and to improve the absorption to the skin. A multiple emulsion vesicle comprises a multilayered liposome which comprises at least two phospholipid dual layer structures; and a single layered nano-liposome, wherein the single layered nano-liposome is located between the dual layer structures of the multilayered liposome and at the hydrophilic part of the center part of the multilayered liposome.
