An optical member, a solid imaging apparatus and a manufacturing method are provided to comprise an optical member by arranging low refractive index layer and high refractive index layer along an optical axis in a cross direction. A high refractive index layer, in which refractive index is high, and a low refractive index layer, in which the refractive index is low, are arranged along an optical axis to a cross direction. An optical member which is the same as that of the wavelength of incoming light order or each width of the low refractive index layer and high refractive index layer is smaller than the wavelength order. |
