A wireless connection system and the communication method of a host apparatus are provided to improve the efficiency and convenience in using a device by allowing connection with the device, only in case the host apparatus uses the device. The communication method of a host apparatus connectable with a device by using a wireless USB comprises the following steps of: receiving a connection request signal for connection with the host apparatus from the device(250); performing the connection with the device by selectively responding the connection request signal, depending on whether an operation execution request in the device occurs from the host apparatus(255); and performing data communication with the connected device to execute the operation(275).
