A router bit is provided to improve bonding strength of a cutting part and a shank part by making their bonding surface even and increasing their bonding area. A router bit comprises a cutting blade on the outer periphery; a cutting part(210) made of cemented carbide steel in which a first concave-convex(211a) is formed on one side longitudinal section; and a shank part made of steel in which a second convex-concave(221a) mating to the first convex-concave is formed.
