The photoelectric conversion module and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the light coupling efficiency by connecting directly the optical guide to the optical device array and printed circuit board. The photoelectric conversion module for improving the light coupling efficiency comprises the printed circuit board(100) having the groove, the ductility integrated circuit board(110) in which one end is bent to the groove, the optical device array(120) formed on the ductility IC of the substrate, the optical guide whose one end is photo-connected to the optical device array(130), the epoxy(150) which surrounds the ductility integrated circuit board and optical device array, and the semiconductor chip(140) having the driver circuit.
