A vortexer for the internal combustion engine is provided to activate the vortex and to extend the lifespan since the diameter of the vortex fan is made bigger by the small diameter steel shaft. A vortexer(100) for the internal combustion engine comprises a cylindrical housing(11) and a center fixture(13) connected in the internal combustion engine, a vortexer housing(10) which includes and a fixing hole(14), a hollow bearing housing(20) comprising groove units(22) forming the outer-wheel fixing lug(21), a vortex fan(30) injected to the circumference of the bearing housing, an axis(41) inserted in the hollow(23) of the bearing housing, a cap(50) comprising a second inner wheel fixing lug(51), a shaft(40) which forms a cap coupler(45), a vortexer housing assembly(42) and an inlet limitation projection(44).
