An adaptor for connecting an underground distribution line and a distribution board are provided to repair and maintain the underground distribution line inside a pipe by exposing a penetration hole of a lower frame. If an administrator inputs a secret number and a control command by using an input device, a connector fixing device, a frame fixing device and an air cylinder device are operated. The fixing of the upper frame(12) is released and the connection of the connector(50) and a connection terminal is released. The underground distribution line inside a pipe is repaired and maintained by exposing a penetrating hole(11a) of a lower frame(11) by moving the upper frame to one side. |
