A routing method of a mobile ad hoc network is provided to receive a large amount of packets in terms of a data throughput of a network and guarantee a high transmission rate. A delay time of each path of a network is estimated and paths with a short requested delay time are selected as candidate paths. A transmission speed of each link of the candidate paths is changed into an energy-efficient transmission speed, and then, if an increased delay time is shorter than the requested delay time, the changed transmission speed is maintained. A path including a node with the smallest storage battery energy residual capacity among the candidate paths is deleted from the candidate paths. A path having a minimum transmission energy among the candidate paths is selected as a final routing path. |
