An apparatus and a method for preparing micro-bubble contained oxygen hydrogen water having abundant oxygen and hydrogen are provided to produce oxygen hydrogen water with abundant oxygen and hydrogen, easily supply oxygen into the body through the oxygen hydrogen water, and easily remove active oxygen excessively produced in the body using the oxygen hydrogen water. An apparatus for preparing micro-bubble contained oxygen hydrogen water using brown gas comprises: a brown gas generation unit(400) generating brown gas from supplied water; a mixing part(500) generating micro-bubbles from the generated brown gas and water through a porous element and mixing the micro-bubbles; a dissolving part(300) connected to the mixing part to increase solubility of the brown gas by pressurizing the micro-bubbles as a mixed fluid of the brown gas and water; and a storage tank(120) storing oxygen hydrogen water discharged from the dissolving part. A taper nozzle and a reverse taper nozzle are sequentially arranged in the mixing part.
