A urinary incontinence curer using sling is provided to reduce the incision part, the risk of operation, the operation time and a side effect of festering the organization of a mesh surrounding. A urinary incontinence curer(100) comprises a needle portion(40) and handle(20). The needle portion comprises a back-end(41) connected to handle, central part(42), and the tip-end part(43) in which the locking protrusion is formed. The needle portion is manufactured with metal such as the SUS(stainless steel) 304 etc. The central part is curve-cut as a fixed angle in case of inserting the needle portion into the vaginal opening side cut-out of patient so that urethra and tip-end part is comprised of about 30 degree. The central part is curve-cut as the angle of 10 - 30 degree.
