A TSC beam with an upper flange folded inward is provided to use exclusively for the production of a pillar by transforming a little the cross section of a TSC beam under production in a factory and to utilize as a TSCIV beam according to circumstances. A TSC beam with an upper flange folded inward comprises an upward opening cross section manufactured by joining symmetrically two cross sections which are formed in the C-shape with an upper flange(5), a lower flange(9) and a web(10), and a space capable of being filled with concrete when placing a slab through an opening space is provided in the upward opening cross section, and has a trench shaped cross section by forming an Y-shaped projection(6a) by putting L-shaped projections into contact with each other at the end of the lower flange, and welding integrally at the outside of the lower flange of the Y-shaped projection.
