A portable plane penetrating demagnetizer is provided to improve workability and productivity by demagnetizing various products like a plane and a bar type product through the single demagnetizer. A space is formed in a circular storage(14) to arrange a coil(20) in a circular shape. A space is formed in a planar storage(16) to arrange the coil in other side facing the circular storage in a planar shape. A housing has a penetrating hole(12) formed in the center of the circular storage and the planar storage. The coil installed in the circular storage and the planar storage forms an independent demagnetizer. A handle is extendedly formed in one side of the housing. The handle has a switch(32) to control on/off of the power supplied to the coil. An overheat preventing sensor(40) is installed in the circular storage and the planar storage and controls the on/off of the power supplied to the coil according to the temperature variation.
