A metal board onto which a sheet paper is adhered and a manufacturing apparatus of the sheet paper adhered metal board are provided to simplify the manufacturing process of the door by forming a board onto which a sheet paper has already been adhered and manufacturing a door from the board. A metal board onto which a sheet paper is adhered comprises a metal board(110), a sheet paper(121) which has an adhesive face formed on a bottom face thereof, and which is pressed onto one face of the metal board by heating, and a metal foil pattern part(130) formed by pressing a metal foil with a predetermined shape onto a top portion of the sheet paper.
