A real-time deduction service system and a method thereof are presented to provide deduction service in real time by processing deduction requests of simultaneous users rapidly, under reciprocal operation environment of a relational database system and a prologue engine. According to a real-time deduction service system, a line computation object rule storing part(100) stores a predetermined line computation object rule related with a random user query. A line computation rule register(200) registers the line computation object rule in the line computation object rule storing part. A rule line computation unit(300) performs pre-computation of the line computation object rule stored in the line computation object rule storing part. A query interface(400) designates a response to the query. A relational database CIS(600) responds to the query of the user on the basis of the stored line computation rule. A prologue engine(500) responds to the query of the user according to the processing site selection result of the query interface.
