The pressure and flow rate of fluid are sampled both in a teaching mode that is performed before conditions of a flow path where the fluid flows are detected and in a detection mode where conditions of the flow path are detected. Then, when the difference between the flow rate in the teaching mode, at the pressure obtained in the detection mode, and the flow rate in the detection mode is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, it is determined that the flow path is clogged. A processing program for the determination is previously and selectively transferred to a sensor (30) from a processing program storage device (50) where different kinds of processing programs are stored. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009
