A rotary door opening/closing device is provided to attach a door opening/closing device to a door without having special restrictions and reduce the cost required to manufacture a handle by arranging a disc-shaped handle at both sides of the door, easily detach the handle from the door and easily repair the handle. A rotary door opening/closing device includes a first steering wheel body(110) having a disc-shaped rotator(210) with a groove, a rotating member(220) having a pair of protrusion members, a latching member having a predetermined length inserted into the groove as the rotating member rotates, and a second steering wheel body(120) having an operating member(321) with a surface face located between the pair of protrusions.
