A boring machine for proceeding with excavation and installation of a pile and an anchor in a series of process by using together with a casing and a rod, and a ground reinforcement method using the same are provided. A boring machine comprises a box type guide(10) connected to heavy equipment including a crane and fixed to the ground, a casing(20) composed of a bit(22) formed on the front end of a body and supported to the guide to make the rectilinear reciprocating movement and bidirectional rotation in place possible to bore holes in the earth, a casing moving device, a casing rotating device, a rod(30) composed of a piped body, a slime discharge belt formed on the circumference of the body in the type of a screw, a monitor and a bit(34) formed on the front end of the body in order and a swivel connected to the rear end of the body to supply injection material to the inside of the body, a rod moving device, and a rotating device. |
