A system-on-chip platform of a cable card satisfying an open cable standard is provided to minimize a time for performing development and verification. An interface block includes a plurality of protocol stacks for supporting the reception limited function about the encrypted transport stream which is provided from a host or a copy guard operation. A password processor(260) exchanges the host and the data through the interface block, and produces a cryptographic key for the subscriber authentication of host and copy guard. At least on of a plurality of protocol stacks is implemented according to the transaction level modeling technique.
