The system has a shutter (4) pivotingly mounted around an axle (8) for closing an orifice of a cover (2), and activation units for pivoting the shutter from a closed position to an open position or vice-versa. The units have an assistance and stabilization return unit (15) connecting the shutter and the cover and compressed during initial rotational phase of the shutter. The unit is completely released at an end of travel of one of push buttons (5a, 5b) to assist rotational movement of the shutter and to maintain the shutter in open or closed position for avoiding accidental opening/closing.
