A vehicle ventilation system is provided to improve ventilation efficiency by calculating an operation time point of the system according to atmospheric temperature, room temperature and the intensity of light, thereby keeping a vehicle room pleasant. A determination part(110) determines an on/off state of engine starting in a vehicle. A sensing part(120) is formed of sensors for measuring atmospheric temperature, room temperature and the intensity of light respectively. A control part(130) calculates time required for the room temperature reaches he atmospheric temperature according to signals input from the determination part and the sensing part. An operation part(140) circulates atmospheric air and room air as the calculated time elapses.
