A vertical member for landscape using environment-friendly inverse conic porous vegetation blocks is provided to have no necessity of a drain hole, to make mutual connection and crosswise lamination easy and to offer the growth space of plants. A vertical member for landscape contains a main body featuring an inverse conic shape and the wide top with the narrow bottom and having a vegetation unit inside by having the upper part opened and the lower part closed, a vertical bottom(20) formed in the cylindrical shape, projected downward from the bottom of the main body and provided with a through hole in the center, a vertical frame(30) projected upward from the top of the main body and provided with an open-cut part(31), a connection(40) having the same width as the open-cut part, extended horizontally to the outside and provided with a through hole in the center, many vegetation blocks formed integrally by porous concrete having the porosity of 5~20%, and many bar-shaped supports(50) made of metal and formed to have the same diameter of the through hole.
