The device has a respiratory mask (1) carried by a patient (2) and connected to a pressure producing apparatus (5) by a delivery circuit (3) for delivering gaseous flux (4). A flexible pouch (10) forming a plastic chamber (11) is placed in the delivery circuit between the apparatus and the mask. The chamber receives coolant bricks (13), and is crossed by the flux. The apparatus is connected to a circuit (7) of a collector supplying the gaseous flux through an outlet opening (9).
