A strut pipe for a bridge and the manufacturing method are provided to improve corrosion resistance and to prevent deformation such as contraction, distortion, etc. after construction by improving the structure of a pipe used for covering a reinforcing bar and concrete while constructing a strut of a PSC box girder bridge as well as the manufacturing method. A strut pipe(100) for a bridge includes an inner layer(110) formed to a thickness of 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm by using glass fiber and resin by a hand lay-up method, an intermediate layer(120) formed to a thickness of 3.0 ~ 4.0 mm by winding glass fiber impregnated with epoxy resin on the outer circumference of the inner layer by a filament winding method, and an outer layer(130) formed to a thickness of 0.3 ~ 0.7 mm on the outer circumference of the intermediate layer by using fluorine resin diluted with UV screener by a spray-up method. |
