摘要 <p>A method and an equipment for manufacturing steel wire grit by recycling waste hard steel wires are provided to produce steel wire grit economically by utilizing thick waste steel wires with a diameter of not more than 4 mm, reduce energy consumption and protect the environment by heating cut waste steel wires to not less than an A1 austenite transformation temperature, and secure economic efficiency of the manufacturing process by heat-treating wires cut to a length of 10 mm or less. A heat treatment equipment for manufacturing steel wire grit comprises: a rotary vessel hopper(110) of which a speed is controlled by an inverter, and into which cut wires are injected; a rotary vessel(120) which rotates to pulverize the injected cut wires and advances the pulverized cut wires into the high temperature zone at a predetermined speed, and in which a high temperature zone(130) is formed to heat the pulverized cut wires; a petroleum burner(140) for directly heating the high temperature zone to suppress oxidation of the powder of the pulverized cut wires by transforming a powder of the pulverized cut wires into an austenite structure; a quenching hopper(210) into which the pulverized wire powder that has completed the austenite transformation is dropped; a pipe(220) along which the pulverized wire powder is transferred to a reverse conveyor belt system together with cooling water to complete martensite transformation by cooling the pulverized wire powder to a temperature of less than 40 deg.C; a hot air drying zone into which the pulverized wire powder is supplied from the reverse conveyor belt system by a belt to dry the pulverized wire powder, and which injects dried wire powder into a pulverize to pulverize the dried wire powder; and a grain size sorter for sorting the pulverized wire powder such that the sorted wire powder is heat-treated by tempering.</p>
