The device i.e. terminal (100), has a personal information e.g. biometric information, acquisition unit constituted by a keyboard (120), sensitive tablet (125), finger print reader (130) and digital photographic apparatus (150) and an enrolment unit for combining the personal information. An autonomous foldable system console has an unfolded position for usage and a folded position for transportation and storage. The console includes an upper part (105-1) and lower parts (105-2, 105-3) with equivalent dimensions, where the lower parts form a monopod type foot of the device.
