A control method of digital three neutralization turbine protection system for protecting the generating station turbine is provided to confirm all situations at one place and to prevent the generating stop by a single fault since the functions operated in the respective other location are unified through introducing the digital three neutralization system. A control method of digital three neutralization turbine protection system for protecting the generating station turbine comprises following steps: a step for being input signals after dividing one input signal into three independent channels(Input Leg A,B,C) in the input processing unit(10); a step for sending logic processed value to the signal output processing unit(30) after the signal is delivered to the three independent main processor (A,B,C) through a control unit(20) and three control processors individually perform the turbine protection program defined in advance; a step for being inputted the signal output processing unit the signal transmitted from three control units by the signal output processing part and outputting one value through the voter circuit after the main processor(A,B,C) performs the respective logic with the program defined in advance and the signal is outputted while communicating through the triBus.
